The painting of the three giraffes was inspired by my family: the three giraffes represent my parents and I. The giraffe has been my favourite animal since I was young. Giraffes represent guidance and aspirations, which guides my family and I into a more hopeful future. The colour schemes were differentiated by the natural colours, monotone shades of black and multi colours respectively. The vastly different colour schemes are used to show contrast between each giraffe, and to also give them a unique personality; just like how all of us are different.
